VM volt benefits not activating

After receiving confirmation that my O2 monthly sim volt benefits are now active, I'm still get to receive the volt benefits on VM. Am I missing something here?

Volt query

My partner has added Volt benefits to his mobile with 02, I am led to believe this would make Volt active in my VM account as we are in the same household, however this is not happening, showing as inactive, any thoughts?
