Volt speed increase not applied

Hi, I have recently had M256 broadband installed. As I am an existing O2 customer,  I have activated my volt benefits through O2.As yet my broadband speed has not been increased to the next level up as described woth the volt benefits. Please advise....

Volt benefits speed increase not applied

Hi, my O2 account shows that volt benefits are active, but Virgin have not moved my broadband speed up to the next level as promised. Can you action this please.

Double the speed

I’m a new customer like many many others and would like to know when I’m getting my double speed fibre for being an O2 customer?

No Volt benefits after 14 days.

I received my volt benefits from O2 on the 25th September. I have heard nothing from Virgin Media at all and its more than 14 days. I desperately need to upgrade my WiFi in my house as its terrible. How can I speak to someone?
