Volt not applied

Hi, 

I joined VM a good few weeks ago, already on O2 and both services matched to the same address. However no Volt benefits applied to the VM broadband - can't do anything via the 'My O2' app and was wondering if I could get some help please?

Did try the VM live chat but ended up going around in circles! Thanks in advance.

In exactly the same boat. Hoped to get a response via this forum but no luck so far.

Just seems to be no way to speak to anyone at Virgin, very frustrating!

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your Volt benefits. Typically this is added within 14 days of enrolling as seen here We can see you very recently contacted our team about this. Is the issue still ongoing? Do you need any further help with this?
