Volt broadband benefits not applied

Hi, I have a very similar issue, I signed up to VM in August, was connected and have been enjoying my volt benefits on o2, however nothing has been applied to VM and the status in the virgin media account is "not active". It has been over 2 months, please activate this.

Hi @JayArnold 

Welcome to the community forums 

So sorry to hear you're Volt benefits aren't active on our side. You should be able to request this from your O2 online account, once requested this can take up to 14 days for this to be applied on your Virgin Media broadband speed. 

Please check on your O2 online account and let us know how you get on. Your O2 service and Virgin Media service must be registered at the same address to be eligible for the benefits.

Hi Carley,

Thank you for the response,  I can't request volt benefits via o2 as they have already been active since august. 

Going through myo2, I've just seen that the address is an old one so I've just updated it, can you confirm if I need to do anything extra to ensure the volt benefits are passed on to virgin media and if I should receive any notification of when they will start?
