Volt boost not applied

Hi, 

I am a virgin media customer with the M250 broadband, as well as being a O2 customer. I checked my broadband speed yesterday via the WM Connect app and it appears that I'm not getting the Volt boost, as my connection shows as 275Mps. Can you help, please?
