Volt benefits not applied yet

Hi,

 

volt benefits were applied by o2 for double data a couple of weeks back, but I’m still waiting for the virgin speed boost. Any ideas how to sort this out?

Sorry to hear your speed boost hasn't taken place yet.

With you mentioning a few weeks back it should have gone through now.

I'd like to take a look into this for you.

If you can check your logo at the  top right of your screen that would be great.
