Volt benefits not applied by VM

My volt benefits have been applied by o2 but not virgin media.

VM told me to contact o2 as they had not received anything from them to update account and they did not have access to update.

Contacted o2 who said benefits were aplpied by them and to check again with VM.

Going round in circles.
