Volt Speed Boost Benefit not applied

Hi, 

I am a returning Virgin Customer with a new M500 package installed on 2 December. I am also an existing O2 customer and the Volt benefits were applied from O2's side on 5th December. 

I am yet to receive the boost from Virgin however and would be grateful for any assistance in helping resolve this issue.

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums.

I'm sorry to hear that you've not yet received your broadband boost. Once you have opted in to receive the benefits via your O2 account, it can take up to 14 days to go live. The O2 benefits and VM benefits are applied separately and one can happen before the other. Either way, once they are applied you'll be notified by text from both parties. 

If it's been 14 days since you applied, please pop back here so we can help further.
