Hi I recently had virgin out as I had wifi problems I used to have a tv box upstairs but got moved into rear extension. Last engineer that come out took the splitter off now i need one as I have moved my v6 to another wall and can’t get the cable to where tv is so I had dropped the cable through floor joists and ceiling directly behind tv. Is it possible to have a splitter sent out? Rather than ringing up and trying to explain the above 🙄 Any help will be highly appreciated.
Thankyou!
Jack

VM won't just send out equipment for DIY alterations to their network. Adding splitters or cabling also affects your signal levels. When network techs add or remove cable /splitters they make an adjustment in the street cabinet to compensate for the change, or your services may be adversely affected.
The advice is get a technician out (£25 standard charge) & the job will be done properly. The forum team here can arrange this if you are prepared to wait a couple of days for a response.

Thankyou for the reply.
yeah if a forum team member could sort that for me that would be great rather than me trying to explain by requirement.
