Recording (and everything else) failed

On our wavelength

Had numerous issues with all my virgin kit lately.

My router will randomly reset itself (messing with my video doorbell!). My boosters have just stopped working altogether (got WiFi, no internet!)

The final straw has been the 360 box. Last week, all of the recordings and planned recordings were deleted. Cant get them back but followed the suggestion of factory resetting, which went fine bug now half of the recordings failed! So frustrating!

I'm out of contract (2 months) but really considering leaving, if it wasn't the best bandwidth in the area. 

Anyone else having multiple tech issues?

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community.

Sorry to hear of these issues. We've done a check via the Forum information provided and can see the Router has not been rebooted for 119 days.

Although designed to be constantly powered on, it can go stale over time. When you get a minute, reboot the Router for me via unplugging it and re-plugging in please. The TV box - can you advise did you do the reset with keeping recordings or without? If with, can you try it without to see if it fixes things?
