New mini box installed but no sky sports or movies error code 100:70

New minibox installed today all channels ok except sky sports or sky movies error code 100:70 , all channels work on the main box . Advised  to unplug leave 30 seconds and try again but same error. Engineer booked it but do they just need to switch something on at their end .
