How to reset box - no thumbs down

Evening, very strange this one but I can't see to find a post about it.

On the newer TV 360 remote is there a thumbs up and down? I'm trying to restart the box and you need to press thumbs down 3 times but there isn't one.

If you are getting the thumbs up and down message to reset anything then you are still running TiVo software on a V6 box, the two remote's are not interchangeable between 360 and V6 boxes.

If you haven't asked for an "upgrade or update" to 360 and needed a new remote for your V6 box then you have been sent the wrong one.
