Mobile data not working

I switched to virgin mobile from 8th Jan. Today i cannot use any mobile data at all. Wifi is working and text and calling also working but only mobile data 3g 4g are not working at all. can anyone help please?

Accessing my mobile voicemail from abroad - locked out
