Thanks for reaching out to us antony_33, and a very warm welcome to our Community Forums!
Sorry to hear of the difficulty faced when trying to obtain Virgin Mobile bills from between 2020 and 2023.
Due to the closure of Virgin Mobile this is not likely to be possible - can you please confirm if this is in relation to the tariff of the services or a handset loan agreement?

It was sim only plan, no handset. Is there any chance to get at least 3 consecutive bills from each year.

Thanks for coming back to us Antony. We no longer have access to the mobile billing system from here however, I've checked with one of my colleagues to see if this can be done or not due to the closure of Virgin Mobile. I'll come back to you once we have any further updates.
