I have contacted you by phone numerous times. There is no way of getting through to your mobile device team.
I have a mobile device plan with you.
O2 cannot resolve this.
I require proof of purchase for my insurance ASAP.
I have completed the proof of purchase form and emailed this.
I have also raised a complaint.
I require this resolving ASAP.
