Hello everyone
This is plan C
as I’ve tried calling- being put through to O2- being told they can’t help, they transfer me to the virgin team and the number cuts out after telling me their call volume is high.
I’ve also done webchat and the moment that my password doesn’t match- which it will!- they also disconnect me.
i just want to find out, when my device loan ends. It’s a simple enquiry- but I’m close to just stopping future payments and hoping I’ll get a letter with a number to call to sort out.. in order to actually get anywhere.
I've got no emails from when I took it out. ( it was a long time ago)
does anyone know how to find this information out without being put from call to call.. then disconnected
I really am at the end of my patience with it all now .
really appreciate any help

I dont know if you got this sorted, but after months i finally found who to contact and at last got answers about my agreement you call.. virgin media mobile finance ltd, just keep waiting past the press button stuff and eventually you get a person who puts you through to finance loans,
