I have raised a credit file amendment ( KMM119175776V56942L0KM) over 21 days ago. I have provided evidence incl bank statements, Experian reports etc. please get back to me ASAP. Having sought legal advice, I will be raising a dispute with Experian and also getting in touch with offcom.

Sorry to see that the team haven't replied to you yet. Usually if there's an amendment to be made the team would acknowledge your email and reply in 21 days. They'll then confirm when any amendments have been made. However, these wouldn't show on your credit file until the next report has been run.

The only thing we're able to do is pop the team another mail, but this will start the process off again. There's no guarantee that they will reply any quicker.
