new account on credit report
My credit report has notified me of a new virgin media account which is appearing on my file. I have not signed up for any virgin media services, and was wondering what I need to do to find out if its fraud? I had an account but it was closed maybe a year ago so I wonder if it's that? Ideally id like to be able to email as I don't use the phone. I've seen an email posted here in the community but don't want to use a random address with such personal info.
Can an agent please advise? Thank you.
If you see entries on your credit file that are from Virgin Media but you don't recognise, you should email creditfileamendments@virginmedia.co.uk
