Sorry to see that the team haven't replied to you yet. Usually if there's an amendment to be made the team would acknowledge your email and reply in 21 days. They'll then confirm when any amendments have been made. However, these wouldn't show on your credit file until the next report has been run.
Just to confirm, have you had any reply from the team at all?

Thanks for confirming, the team would usually send the automated email to say they've got your mail.
The only thing we're able to do is pop the team another mail, but this will start the process off again. There's no guarantee that they will reply any quicker.

Hi Nathan,
I have responded to your PM. Whilst I do appreciate your help I am unable to understand why I need to restart the process? Having an erroneous report on file for another 21 days is not a great way forward for me. Please let me know if we can proceed without a complete restart.
