Sky Sports Device Limit reached

Hi team,I've recently had an issue where Sky Sports says I have reached my device limit. However my Virgin Account says I have all slots available. Grateful for any help thanks.

Hi,I'm having issues on a windows 11 laptop playing TV GO. I can hear the sound but can't view the picture. The error being "Sorry - we can't play this at the moment 0"I can see this is a common issue but does anybody have the fix? ThanksSteve
