Every time I access the Virgin Go App I get asked to register my device, but it is already registered from the previous time. This is taking my device allocation down every time I want to watch tv on the go. Can you stop this so I can use the app without the hassle?

Can you confirm the device this is on?
Also do you regularly clear cookies and cache from your device?
