Virgin Go Device Management and Allocation

Every time I access the Virgin Go App I get asked to register my device, but it is already registered from the previous time. This is taking my device allocation down every time I want to watch tv on...

Hi, 

It is an iPhone 13 Pro and I don’t regularly clear cookies and cache from my device
