Unkown error when trying to watch sky sports

Hello, dont know if anyone has advice on this. I've had sky sports for a very long time but only recently have I been wanting to watch it on the web. When trying to watch online I get a error of "unknown error". I checked my network panel and it seems to be failing on the auth requests, a 302 and a 303 error. 
In May I contacted virgin and It seemed my ticket had reached 3rd line support have never heard back. I have tried calling today but they wanted to go from the start again in diagnosing the error. Is there anyway to fix it myself or speed up to get back in touch with 3rd line support?

I'm so sorry to hear of your issues when trying to watch Sky Sports content online. To clarify, these error messages are appearing after logging in and attempting to watch content, or are you saying that you're unable to log in too?

If it's the former, does the error appear on whatever you watch constantly, or is it only intermittent?

If it's the latter, are you able to log into the My Virgin Media online account?

Hi Zach apologies for the delayed reply. It's the latter, im able to sign into my virgin media account online no problem, its just when trying to use the sky sports services either by app or web browser

I can see you spoke to the team around the same time you posted. Has it been confirmed that they're working towards a resolution on this?

Last time I heard from the team that they are working towards it is in late May early June, since then no one has come back to me.

In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
