I can't watch TNT on my laptop for longer than five minutes without having to refresh because of getting a 1001 error code. Screenshot attached. Never had a problem before. Please solve!

It's possible that the error may be appearing due to the volume of people trying to access the programme at the same time. It could also be related to a broadcasting issue.
We've not got any known issues of this raised as it stands and based on the error message, it's not related to an account issue.
Hopefully you won't have anymore issues but if you do, please pop back and let us know.

I'm sorry, Kath, but to say "we've got no known issues" is ridiculous - even other members replies to my post confirm this. Nearly all of my TV Go watching is live sport, so why would the volume of people trying to access the programme have suddenly increased. I'm really disappointed with the shrug your shoulders response. I will as you suggest, 'pop back' when I next have a problem.

We are sorry @Jon25 what we mean by not a known issue, is that our teams have not reported this a wider known fault, which means it is likely to be an intermittent issue that should now be hopefully resolved.
Please do monitor this and let us know if it pops back and if it does we will be happy to offer further advise.
