Upgrade to virgin tv 360 fails

Cannot upgrade to 360 I get upgrade failed error ma1 .I have the new remote I have tried power off box and hold down minus button and power on I get the download icon then nothing happens. I gave tried holding the plus button and power button downloads something then fails. Have tried everything in forums but nothing works any help please.

    If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.

    I have changed my password thanks for that but I still cannot change memorable word

      I would recommend deleting that image you posted that shown your memorable word. That is opening your account up to being accessed by a hacker or scammer. Just a friendly tip 🙂
