When using the sky sports app why is it so hard to sign in

It should be straight forward to sign in by clicking on the Virgin TV UK icon.

You might have to scroll down the page if using a mobile device.

You might also have to click on Captcha's if the browser or app have been updated recently.

Hi Steven

My issue is

I sign in on sky sports app via VM icon I put in email and password but instead of getting into the app I am confronted with a picture & asked to tick boxes this can take ages & is very frustrating. My main problem is my father uses it & although we never log out it occasionally does automatically & my dad who is 85 and partially sighted has no chance of logging in. Can you help into why & is there a solution.

Yes that is where problem is with Captcha photos it is very difficult for my dad to do he is partially sighted & 85 it doesn't happen often because we don't log out but occasionally it logs him out . I do get in eventually & the app is brilliant but it even takes me a while but not always home when it happens.

Try accessing through tv on the go instead of the sky sports app, works for me. I scroll down to sky sports, says exit to watch and goes straight to the programme.
