Service unavailable - Android in car screen

Hi, I’ve recently purchased an android 12 in car screen, when trying to login to the Virgin Tv Go App it constantly displays a service unavailable please try again in a few minutes message. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, works fine on my mobile phone but just won’t login on the car unit

Hiya, not too sure on a model make, it was an eBay purchase running Android 12

Thanks for coming back to us on this one. Just to clarify, is this a device that runs it's own operating system or something that you connect your phone to it and it basically mirrors what is on your phone?

it runs its own android system, I have downloaded the Virgin TV Go app via the play store

Thanks for getting back to us.

TV Go is compatible with Andriod systems, however if the device purchased has its own modifications we can't guarantee whether it will be compatible or not. 

Have you had issues with other apps using this device?
