I have had problems with internet stability for months now. Problems often arise when streaming BBC iPlayer or Netflix. Buffering and stopping.
When I restart the router its ok for about 1 day then I can get the problems again. I am restarting the router almost every day now.
I have had Virgin Media for years and years with no problems, but its rubbish now. So sick of it I am thinking of going to YouFibre.
Dont know how to get hold of Virgin Media support. Can anybody help?
Peter.

You could think about putting the hub in modem mode with a better router with 1Gb ports

Hi @Peter-M
We can see you've reached out to us with another issue regarding your services privately. We'll be able to assist you publicly further.
Checking the systems on our side, we cannot see any issues in the area or within your services that might explain your WiFi disconnecting on all devices.
As the issue is affecting you intermittently and we aren't able to see this on our side, please can you set up a broadband quality monitor here and share your live link with us on this thread and we'll be able to assist further.
Also, if you've any device close to the router that can connect directly into the router via ethernet cable, we recommend doing so to free up WiFi for other devices. Keep any devices that also broadcast signals, such as Bluetooth, radiowaves and other such microwaves away from the router to limit the amount of interference and help the overall WiFi performance in the home.
Once we've the live link, please keep us posted should you've any further concerns.
