Unreliable customer service
I'm closing my account and was applied a charge on my final bill.
I've spoken to maybe 5-6 people on customer service, both on the chat and called them. They've all promised to waive off this charge or credit it on my account to counter it but nothing's happened.
Nothing's showing up on my account. I'm getting incredibly more frustrated. I keep contacting them, they promise me it will be dealt with but tell me it takes a couple of hours or 24 hours or 24-48 hours to show up on the account. I keep contacting them again a couple of days later when nothing's showing up and it's the same thing. It's been over a month me trying to resolve this issue and I'm getting nowhere. At this point I'm convinced they're just lying to me and not doing anything.
I tried to submit a complaint on the website but the link to the form just takes me to a page that says "Sorry, there's nothing to see here" and suggests I get in contact with them but with how it's been going so far I don't think that will be any help.
What should I do?
