Audio Description Will Not Turn Off ITV1
I am unable to turn off the audio description on ITV1 (103) on my Stream Box. I have tried everything including a factory reset. Using the button with the three dots on the remote control on ITV1 (and ITV1 +1) does not reveal the audio options as it does on the other channels. Any programme that contains an audio description on ITV1, including films and soaps are unwatchable on the stream box and I may have to return it. Can anybody help please?
Wifi/Internet/Streaming unreliable
I have had problems with internet stability for months now. Problems often arise when streaming BBC iPlayer or Netflix. Buffering and stopping. When I restart the router its ok for about 1 day then I can get the problems again. I am restarting the router almost every day now. I have had Virgin Media for years and years with no problems, but its rubbish now. So sick of it I am thinking of going to YouFibre. Dont know how to get hold of Virgin Media support. Can anybody help? Peter.New but old, love this feature!
Hello all, As above, I'm new to Virgin Media but old in RL and I've already experienced Streaming from previous provider. However, I'm over the moon with this new feature (didn't have that before). When I turn on my set in the morning, I have my BBC news channel going into the right hand lower corner. Just one click and tada, I'm watching the news. Granted, an APP seems to be missing, the weather app. I guess it'll be available at a later time. Meanwhile, must admit that in my corner of Scotland, you can't rely on the current providers. They say it's sunny and warm but in reality, it's pouring rain and on the cool side 😹. I'm glad of the switcheroo. My FLEX is lightning ⚡ fast, good choices of apps, channels and more. So thanks VM!
