I am also experiencing the slow down of Netflix app. It is near impossible to find something to watch due to how long it takes to wayfind through the menu. Also the subtitles when playing back, is very hit and miss and can be delayed.
No issues on Live TV, Sky/Virgin On Demand or BBC iPlayer app.
End up using Chromecast for Netflix etc. Will probably look at cancelling Stream as hardly watch Live TV.

Have you tried to restart your Stream box, as it could be possibly be the case when it's been left on for a long prolonged period of time?
Please do a full restart and let us know if this keeps happening.
