Hi,
I added Entertainment, TNT & Sky Sports to my Flex subscription yesterday - via the Black Friday offer on VM website. They haven’t activated yet, does anyone know long it takes? I’ve tried rebooting the box but still not showing. Thanks.

If you made this change via your online account or set-top box, this can take up to 14 working days to be applied by the team. These orders are added manually by a dedicated team to the account.
Please do let us know if you've not had this change applied after this time and we can look into this further for you.

14 working days? So in theory I could be waiting until Dec 27th to get access to the extra channels?

Same here I ordered a package 3 weeks ago still waiting not a very good service
