After being passed through to various people at VM the other day I managed to order another Flex box, got one ordered it arrived today but not 1 but 2 boxes Stream boxes arrived, connected one up in the kitchen, working ok, then switched my old box on (which has been with me for a year), it wouldn’t show any channels at all just got the no entry screen,
then connected the 2nd box that arrived today this is now working, now I’ve got my old Stream box disconnected but what do I do with it, it won’t work in my other room, do I send it back?
Also my deal is £56 a month 500mbps but it says on my contract my next bill will be £117
This is an extract from my new contract, can anyone see the reason why it’s £117?

The same thing happened to me when I got my second box. I can only suggest swapping the boxes around as that worked for me. Sadly, if that works, you've now got the nightmare of having a third box which you didn't ask for but, make no mistake, they will charge you for! You'll need to get back to them and tell them they've sent the other box in error so they can send you the packaging for return. Good luck and I'll be interested to hear how you get on.
