Gigabyte speed issue

Hello

I recently upgraded to gigabyte from M500. I run the hub 5 in modem mode and use an ASUS router for WiFi.

the speeds I am getting are only slightly better than M500. Around 600 using the ASUS wired speed test facility. WiFi speeds are also only slightly better.

I installed the hub myself and I assume there is an issue somewhere with the connection coming into the house?  Can someone contact me about this?

test speed by wire not the speed test on router

disable QoS/BWM on your router

Thanks QoS is disabled. And the speed test was the same when I installed the new hub and tested directly from it. The ASUS router also has a feature that tells you the speed it’s getting from the modem. It’s never been much above 600mb

You cannot get 600Mbps from M500, for that sort of speed you need at least M600.

Sam knows won’t work for some reason?

It requires the HUB to be in router mode.
