And actual download speeds are about half of that. Has anyone actually solved this issue without it being something dumb like using wifi to do the test?
All tests are run on pcs connected by gig ethernet and can all transfer to each other at the correct speed. Have tested with a device connected direct to router and nothing else on network with same result.
