SamKnows RealSpeed.

I have been using the SamKnows RealSpeed app  to test my broadband speed. I believe it is recommended by VM. Recently it has stopped working. It is now unable to find my Hub3. I have tried reloading the app, and have reset the hub. I have even reset the Hub to factory default settings. Does anybody know why this has stopped working?

    Only when in modem mode. Try running from an Ethernet connected device, not from WiFi.

      It works if I run it from a web browser on my iphone using the url, but the app which used to work has stopped finding the router. I can only assume either something on the IOS app has changed or something on the router has changed. I have discovered from a facebook group that other people are having the same issue.

    We have seen this before when all versions or some versions had a fault and failed to work.

    When Samknows fix their platform issue the iOS app will work again.

    No need to do other than wait.
