Did samknows real speed stopped working? It doesn't work suddenly for past few weeks.
Is there any alternative ways to find the speed at router

Realspeed works fine for VM Hubs in Router mode.
With VPNs disabled and Apple Relay disabled try at :
https://www.samknows.com/realspeed/
https://real-speed-fe.eu1.sk.thousandeyes.com/
The same VM Hub “Realspeed” tests are available as very handy & free
apps for iPhone/iPad and Android mobile / tablets.
Post screen shots of the errors if this does not work.I tried, not working. No vpns. Tried with urls and Android app also.
Error is there was a problem running the router test. Try again a bit later.

Did the Realspeed links I gave ever work against your VM Hub 5x ( they work in the UK ),
or did they work against some kind of Realspeed box that was attached to the Hub ?Realspeed works for me using PC and Samsung phone. What hub and browser are you using and provide, as suggested, a photo of error message.
Also try a reboot of the hub.
Maybe it’s not working for VM IE ?
