hello, I need to to get a new power adaptor for the hub 5 x, i phone up last week and they guy on the phone said he ordered the item for me, but it arrived today and he ordered the wrong cable, just wondering if anyone can help me get the correct cable many thanks

Have the hubs with permanent attached cable/plug so you can't go wrong😁

They aren't designed and built in house, so that feedback would need to be to the OEM supplier, not VM.

hello daniel_et, i have messaged on the WhatsApp and they said they have sent one out, im not sure if its the correct cable so will have to wait
