Ask for help.
There is no suitable wall socket for me to connect cable to hub 3. White box labelled Virgin media already exist, but it seems lan only, no “circle hole” for cable connection.
What can I do ? Need an adapter ?
Thank you.

Looks like the remains of the VM wall box is the plastic plate screwed to the wall under the Openreach ONT in the last photo.
The trailing black cable in photo 1 looks like it might be the VM cable (coming through the wall next to the plastic plate). Post a photo of what is on the end of that black cable.
If it has a F connector on the end you may need a coupler adapter

If it is a cut end you will need a tech visit to terminate and fit a wall box for you.
If so, call the pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 explain the problem and request a tech visit to install a socket.

And what is the coil of white cable in the bottom right of this picture branded TFC? TFC is Times Fiber Communications which is the cable brand VM use.
Where does that go and what is on the end of the coil of white cable?
There is also a silver F connector in the bottom right of the pic (it also appears in the bottom right of photo 4). That looks like a VM connector lead.
