Needed Virgin Wall Socket

Hi, first of all what I think is needed is an engineer to come and install the wall socket in the house.

The problem I am facing however is that whenever I try to press ‘continue to book’ the website becomes unresponsive. I have tried to call the customer service line but they have all been busy. So I am unable to contact virgin in anyway to book.

  • Hi,

Thanks for your reply, we have managed to contact the team and an engineer has come over, thank you for the good service.

As this is a Community Forum, and not a direct line to VM as such, it will take a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up.  If you need is urgent, it would be best to phone Customer Services directly.

However, if your property has had VM in the past, you should get a Quickstart kit.  You can also check for a loose cable as not all properties have a socket.   Look outside for a brown or grey VM box on the wall and trace the cable to the inside.  If it is a loose cable only, you will need one of these to connect the Quickstart cable.  https://www.diy.com/departments/slx-f-type-satellite-cable-coupler/5028422001905_BQ.prd
