Another Recycle/Return question
I've recently left Virgin and was sent an email when the disconnection process started regarding what I should do with my old equipment, I had three lots of Virgin equipment laying around (Hub 3, Netgear Super hub and Samsung Tivobox 500gb)
As per the email only the Hub 3 needed returning so I recycled the old Netgear Superhub and Samsung Tivobox 500gb and kept the Hub 3 to return
I've just received an email stating I now need to return all three can !! can someone clarify please

VM has serious form for repeatedly telling customer to recycle kit
only weeks or months later to levy a fee when it can not be returned.
There is no way I'd recycle or dispose of a VM Hub or other VM issued kit for fear this sting.

Sorry to hear of the issues faced with the request of returning the equipment stated.
Anything below a V6 set top box or Hub 3.0 would usually not be required to be returned.
