Missing external cable cover

I'm sorry to hear you're having some issues with some equipment. That doesn't quite look like an exposed external omni box though. Can you clarify where this is located on the property exactly? Is this on the front of the home and within the garden or is that on the public footpath?

Looks like this is missing, covering the cable as it exits from the pavement

Hi Zach,

It's the wire into the public footpath. It's attached to a wall at the bottom of my front garden. It did have a cover like the the post 'goslow' has replied.
