I have a problem while install the RBK753 mesh wi-fi through the Orbi app from my iphone, everything works fine until the app running through the steps and pop-up an error message:
Orbi Not Found
It looks like you might be connected to your old Wi-Fi gateway. In order to find and connect to your router you must first turn off or rename the Wi-Fi on your old gateway.
I have check the Orbi app setting at my iphone and confirm the Local Network is enabled. I've restarted both Virgin Media Hub 3 and the Orbi router couple of times and the issue still exist.

Would it not be simpler to setup the Orbi when using a wired connection? That way you don’t need to worry about wifi until later.

Hi @Daniam thanks for your post here although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised here.
Unfortunately, we're unable to comment on a mesh system as this is a third party product so we can't offer guidance here, but we will keep this thread open and hopefully our VIP's can continue to offer their valuable insight.
