Installation trouble

I just received my set up box and have installed as per instructions. Hub light has been flashing green for 1.5 hours. When I try to check stability of service, Virgin website claims I have not yet installed my hub! Please help!

Are you a new customer/had VM Services before and do you have both TV & broadband - if so what are they bothing doing?

Have you checked eveyrthing is connected from the wall box to your hub etc & is your outside box on the wall intact.

Everything is intact. Everything is connected as per instructions. Still flashing green after a week. Have now managed to book an engineer visit. Thank you.
