Hi all. I’m considering switching from BT to VM. My house does not have a current VM cable so it would need to be installed. I have a BT cable. Trouble is, my driveway is completely tarmac with a block stone border, with no soft areas like grass or flower beds, with a short fence/concrete gravel board either side. So my question is, how would the installation be undertaken? Whilst I am not keen to have my drive dug up, I also don’t want the cable clipped to the fence because it’s unsightly, and I expect prone to tampering and faults. So are there any other ways that VM would install for my property? Could it be buried under one of the block stone borders on the edge? Thanks

Hi @Mwalker1985
Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.
If you speak to the sales team, you can ask them to book in a Site Survey for you before your install or any work goes ahead.
This way you are completely aware of the facts and where the cables will go.
Their number is 0800 183 1234.
Best wishes.
