First impressions are not good

i signed up to a full package last week and was given a delivery date of July 3rd. I’ve had nothing from Virgin since. No emails, updates and obviously no equipment. My O2 sim arrived. I was passed around different departments on live chat today for an hour before giving up and the phone queue was longer. 

Am I unlucky or is this a regular thing? Any tips to point me in the right direction. My new house has terrible mobile reception and today I’ve discovered there no TV ariel either

Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 and see if they can help - open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday

Do you still require further help regarding delivery or is this all sorted for you now?

Regarding O2 signal, we'd advise contacting O2 directly as we can't assist with any mobile issues unfortunately, but their contact methods are here if you wish to reach out to them.
