First impressions not good
I signed up for VM broadband last week on the M125 package.
I saw a promotion online with the M250 package at the same price, spoke to a guy this morning who said he would switch to the M250, he then said he was having trouble switching it over and would call back within 2 hours, I’ve heard nothing since which was six hours ago.
I’ve tried calling them back but was on the phone for 90mins+, now I’m wondering if I’ve made the right choice as it seems almost impossible to speak to anyone if problems arise and, the VM chatbot is next to useless.
Please tell me this not a taste of things to come.
