Every single house or flat in my street have VM except mine. Help please!

Hi, I live on CR8 2JA, where I own a share of the freehold, and every house or apartment block has access to VM Broadband except mine. My building is not hidden in a private street. Access to it is easy, and we're happy to support the installation in any way it is needed.

11 flats in the building would sign up immediately if made accessible. Can someone help, please?
