it was all good at 6am this morning.... tried again at 11am and got this message
I am awaiting some very important legal documents.

Sorry to hear of your email concerns.
We were aware of an outage affecting customers with an email address on the NTLWorld.com domain who could not send or receive emails.
This has since been resolved as of 6pm last night, so please do let us know if you're still having any issues at all or if you have any further concerns.
