My internets turned off but I don’t know if it’s a temporary issue or it’s not been paid it says “Looks like your service has been temporarily disconnected Don't worry, this is only for a short time and everything should be up and running soon. Need more info?” I’ve had a lot of issues with virgin media so idk any more

We have not been able to locate you on the systems at our side. Has the service now return to normal or do you still need assistance with this?
